Staff was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, and helped with any requests we had. Breakfast is a small but solid setup of bagels, pastries, yogurt, and coffee.

Being so close to the Essex Market and trains was wonderful. The room was large and the view a good one.

The 11th floor view was a great bonus. The location was right around the corner from a main subway stop (Delancy/Essex St). The bed was incredibly comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful and polite.

The location in the Lower East Side is excellent. The newly renovated lobby is very nice, and the views from the rooms and the size of the rooms with the big soaking tubs are great. Staff were very nice.

I really liked the balcony room with a view of the freedom tour (1 World Trade Center). Would definitely recommend this option to anyone, especially those who will be spending time in the hotel room or hosting friends over from other parts of New York.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, it was in a great location in the East Village, the continental breakfast was a nice plus that we were not aware of, nice social gathering areas.
